Prices on this website are starting prices. We confirm the exact price before any work begins, based on what we see at your home. Nothing on this website is a binding offer until we agree on a price with you.
What we do and don’t do
We clean dryer vents, air ducts, outdoor air-conditioner condenser coils (with a low-pressure rinse) and exterior cobwebs. We do not repair, service or diagnose heating and air-conditioning equipment, handle refrigerant, seal or modify ductwork, or apply pesticides. If we see something that needs a licensed contractor, we tell you.
