What we collect
When you request a quote we collect what you type into the form — your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, message and any photo you attach — along with the page you were on, the ad or link that brought you (if any), your IP address and your browser type.
When you call or text us, our call-tracking provider records the phone number you called from, the time and length of the call, and may record the call or keep the text messages so we can follow up on your request and train our team.
Like most websites we use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site. It uses cookies and collects device and usage information.
How we use it
To give you a price, schedule and complete the work, answer your questions, and improve our service and website. If you agreed to receive text messages, we text you about your quote and appointment.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the companies that help us run the business — for example our website host, email provider, call-tracking and scheduling tools — and only so they can provide those services to us. We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax and legal obligations, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@dryerventandairductcleaning.com or calling (000) 000-0000. Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.
